Peak Response strives to provide in-demand first-aid services, ranging from basic CPR to wilderness first aid, at competitive prices that more can afford. Peak Response also aims to teach first-aid courses in a way that leaves participants feeling confident in what they've learned and ensures they are more than ready to apply those skills in the field.

Currently, Peak Response serves PA, NJ, and NY but plans to expand to more locations as our team grows.

About the Founder

Peak Response's founder, Kayla Walden, created the company around the idea that first-aid trainings should be accessible to a wider audience and be led by instructors with experience. Trained to provide basic first-aid and wilderness first-aid through the American Red Cross, she has also completed Wilderness First Responder training through NOLS. As a professional outdoor leader, Kayla understands the value of a thorough first-aid education in all walks of life.

Kayla has led multiple outdoor excursions, including activities in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and the High Peaks Wilderness of New York. She is a licensed guide in the state of New York and has graduated from the Adirondack Mountain Club's Winter Mountaineering School.
