FAQs

  • What if I need to cancel my registration?

    • We are happy to offer a refund or credit towards another class if you cancel 2 weeks prior to a class. If you cancel 1 week prior, we can credit towards another class. No call/no shows to classes cannot be refunded or credited.

  • What if Peak Response needs to cancel a class?

    • If a scheduled class has too few participants (for basic first-aid classes, this is under 3 people; for WFA, it's under 5) or there is an emergency on our end, we may need to reschedule a course. You will be entitled to a refund or we can add you to the rescheduled course.

  • My WFA course is scheduled outside, but it looks like it will rain. Will the class be canceled?

    • Probably not! Part of wilderness training is getting used to the elements. Unless severe weather (like lightning, flash flooding, blizzard conditions, etc.) is called for, the class will not be cancelled.
